Example First Questions
Not sure what to ask? Here are some great starting points:
- "How many customers do I have?" — Get a quick count of your total customer base.
- "What was my revenue last month?" — See your monthly revenue figure with a comparison to the previous month.
- "Show me my top products by sales" — Get a ranked list of your best-selling products.
- "What is my customer retention rate?" — Understand how many customers come back for a second purchase.
- "What was my average order value this quarter?" — See how much customers spend on average per order.
- "Which marketing channel drives the most revenue?" — Compare the performance of your acquisition channels.
Understanding AIRA's Responses
AIRA responds in several formats depending on your question:
Text Answers
For straightforward questions, AIRA provides a written explanation with the relevant numbers and context. It may also explain what the data means for your business.
Tables and Charts (Artifacts)
When your question involves lists or comparisons, AIRA generates an artifact — a structured document that appears in a panel next to the chat. Artifacts can include data tables, charts, or full written reports. Learn more in Artifacts & Exports.
Follow-up Suggestions
After answering, AIRA may suggest related questions you can explore. Click any suggestion to continue the conversation and dig deeper into your data.
Chat History
Your conversations with AIRA are saved automatically. To revisit a past conversation:
- Open AIRA from the sidebar.
- Click History at the top of the chat panel.
- Select any previous conversation to continue where you left off.
You can pick up an old conversation and ask follow-up questions at any time.
Be specific. "Show me revenue for the last 3 months" works much better than "Show me revenue." The more detail you give AIRA, the more precise and useful the answer will be.
