Artifacts & Exports
Artifacts are the documents, reports, tables, and visuals that AIRA generates during conversations. Whenever AIRA produces structured output — a data table, a written report, a chart — it appears as an artifact in a dedicated panel next to the chat.
What Are Artifacts?
An artifact is any structured output AIRA creates in response to your questions. Instead of just returning text in the chat, AIRA places richer content into an artifact panel where you can view, edit, save, and export it.
Types of Artifacts
AIRA generates several types of artifacts depending on what you ask:

| Charts and visualizations | Visual representations of your data | "Chart my monthly revenue for the past year" |
| Marketing content | Copy, strategies, calendars, and creative briefs | "Draft an email campaign for my holiday sale" |
Viewing Artifacts
When AIRA generates an artifact, it appears in a panel to the right of the chat. You can:
- Click the artifact to expand it to full view.
- Scroll through long reports or data tables.
- Switch between artifacts if AIRA generated more than one in a single conversation.
Artifacts are live — AIRA streams content as it generates. You can watch the report build in real time.
Saving Artifacts
To keep an artifact for future use:
- Click Save to Library on the artifact panel.
- Choose a folder or create a new one.
- The artifact is saved and available in your Library for future reference or @-mentioning.
Saved artifacts can be accessed from the Library at any time and shared with your team.
Exporting as PDF
You can export any artifact as a PDF for sharing outside of AccessFuel:
- Open the artifact in the viewer panel.
- Click the export/download icon in the toolbar.
- Choose PDF as the format.
- The PDF is generated and downloaded to your computer.
Exported PDFs retain the formatting, tables, and structure of the original artifact.
Sharing Artifacts
To share an artifact with your team:
- Save the artifact to your Library.
- Any workspace member can access it from the Library.
- Share the Library link with team members who need it.
Artifacts saved to the Library are visible to all members of your workspace based on their role permissions.
Artifacts are live. AIRA streams content as it generates, so you can watch a report build in real time. If something looks off early in the generation, you can stop and refine your question without waiting for the full output.
