Attach a skill to any playbook so it loads automatically when the playbook is invoked — no need to manually mention the skill each time.

"Official" Label

System-wide content (skills, playbooks, experts) is now labeled "Official" instead of "System" for a clearer distinction between platform-provided and custom content.

AI-Powered Project Instructions

Let AIRA write your project instructions for you. Click "Generate with AIRA" in the project instructions editor or when creating a new project — AIRA analyzes your project's chat history and uploaded files to generate tailored instructions that customize how it responds in that project. Already have instructions? Click "Improve with AIRA" to refine them.

Edit Documents In-Place

When you ask AIRA to update an existing document, it now edits the same document instead of creating a duplicate. The panel on the right refreshes automatically, and your previous versions are saved in history.

Bug Fixes

Fixed tables in documents causing the entire page to scroll horizontally. Wide tables now scroll within their own area.

Project Name in Chat Header

When you open a chat from a project, the header now shows the project name with a link back to the project page — so you always know which project you're working in.

Redesigned Onboarding

New 4-step setup flow: enter your referral source, select your role, paste your website URL, and AIRA automatically learns about your business — no manual data entry needed.

Projects now have a visibility setting. Set a project to Workspace so everyone on your team can access it, or keep it Private for your own use. Workspace admins and owners can manage any shared project.

Product Status on Top Products

The Top Purchased Products section on segment and persona pages now shows whether each product is Active, Archived, Draft, or Deleted in your store. Hit the Refresh button to recalculate product data on demand.

Data Freshness Indicators

Customers, Orders, and LTV analytics pages now display when data was last updated, so you always know how current your numbers are.

Simplified Settings

Settings now opens directly to the relevant page instead of showing a dialog first — fewer clicks to get where you need to go.

Business Knowledge Folder

Every workspace now has a dedicated Business Knowledge folder in the Library. It's created automatically and protected from accidental deletion or renaming. Use it to organize the documents AIRA draws on when answering your questions.

The Library now has its own sidebar with quick access to an Overview, your Folders, Documents, and Uncategorized items — so you can navigate without leaving the page.

Move Folders

You can now move folders to different locations in the Library. Drag a folder into another folder or back to the root. Visibility settings update automatically to match the new parent.

Project Indicators

Folders linked to a project now display the project name. In the AIRA chat sidebar, a small folder icon appears next to conversations tied to a project — hover it to see the project name.

Navigating your Library is now smoother. Folder names appear in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page, and clicking back from a document returns you to the folder you came from — not the Library root. Folder URLs are now clean and shareable (e.g., /library/knowledge-base).

Better PDF Uploads

PDF uploads now show a progress bar while loading, and automatically retry if the connection drops.

Projects

Organize your work into projects. Create a project, add instructions, and start conversations scoped to that project — AIRA will follow your project-specific guidelines automatically. Projects appear in the AIRA sidebar for quick access.

Smarter Data Questions

AIRA can now answer a wider range of questions about your events, conversions, campaigns, devices, product variants, customer retention, and tax data across Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, and Klaviyo.

Every important action in your workspace — inviting members, changing roles, creating personas, updating integrations — is now tracked in an audit log. Workspace owners and admins can review who did what and when for accountability and compliance.

Upgrade Facebook Marketing to OAuth

If you connected Facebook Marketing using a manual access token, you can now upgrade to OAuth for automatic token refresh. Look for the "Upgrade to OAuth" option in your Facebook integration settings. No more expired tokens—your connection stays active automatically.

Improved Sync Status for All Integrations

Integration health panels now show more helpful status messages across all your connections (Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook, Google Analytics). New integrations show "Sync pending..." while waiting for the first sync, and you'll see "No successful syncs" instead of just "Never" if syncs have been attempted but haven't completed successfully yet.
