Manage team members, roles, and access control
Team & Permissions
AccessFuel uses role-based access control to keep your workspace secure while giving your team the access they need. Every member gets a role that determines what they can see and do.
Roles Overview
There are three roles in AccessFuel. Each role inherits the permissions of the roles below it.

There is only one Owner per workspace. Ownership is transferable to another member at any time.
Inviting New Members
You can invite team members from the workspace dashboard or from Settings. For a step-by-step walkthrough with screenshots, see the Invite Your Team guide.
The short version:
- Click Invite teammates from your dashboard, or go to Settings then General then Organization Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select a role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not have an AccessFuel account, they will be prompted to create one.
Changing a Member's Role
- Navigate to Settings then General then Organization Members
- Find the member in the list
- Click the menu icon next to their name
- Select Change Role
- Choose the new role
Only Owners and Admins can manage team members. Members cannot invite others or change roles.
Removing a Member
- Go to Settings then General then Organization Members
- Find the member you want to remove
- Click the menu icon next to their name
- Select Remove
- Confirm the removal
The removed member will immediately lose access to the workspace.
Transferring Ownership
Only the current Owner can transfer ownership:
- Go to Settings then General then Organization Members
- Find the member you want to make Owner
- Click the menu icon next to their name
- Select Transfer Ownership
- Confirm the transfer
After the transfer, you will become an Admin. This action cannot be undone.
Pending Invitations
Not everyone accepts right away. You can manage outstanding invitations from the Pending Invitations section in Settings then General then Organization Members.
- Resend an invitation if the original email was missed
- Cancel an invitation to revoke it before it is accepted
Workspace Usage Dashboard
AccessFuel tracks workspace activity so you can see how your team uses the platform. Go to Settings then Usage to view:
- Summary cards showing total chats, messages, documents, and images generated
- Daily activity chart visualizing message volume over time
- Team activity table breaking down usage per member (chats, messages, documents, images)
Use the date range dropdown to filter activity by last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this month, or last month.
Audit Trail
All workspace actions are logged with timestamps. AccessFuel records events across several categories including authentication, access control, workspace administration, integration changes, and data movements. This gives Owners and Admins visibility into who did what and when.
