Managing Integrations
View sync status and manage connected data sources from Settings
Managing Integrations
Once you have connected a data source, you can monitor its health and manage it from the Integrations page in Settings. This is where you check sync status, reconnect a source, or remove an integration.
Viewing Your Integrations
Navigate to Settings then Integrations to see all available data sources. Each integration shows its current connection status with a badge:
- Connected -- the integration is active and syncing data
- Pending -- the integration was just connected and is waiting for its first sync
- Failed -- the most recent sync encountered an error
- Not installed -- the integration has not been set up yet
Click on any integration to open its detail page with more information.
Integration Health Panel
Each connected integration has a health panel that shows:
- Connection status with a visual badge
- Last successful sync timestamp
- Records synced count
- Success rate percentage
- Sync frequency (how often data is pulled)
The panel also shows contextual status messages. For newly connected integrations, you will see a message like "Sync pending -- your first sync is being prepared." If there have been no successful syncs, the panel will indicate that clearly.
After connecting a new data source, the first sync can take up to 24 hours to complete depending on the size of your data. Check back on the integration detail page to monitor progress.
Reconnecting a Data Source
If a sync fails or your credentials expire, you can reconnect without removing the integration:
- Go to Settings then Integrations
- Click on the integration that needs reconnecting
- Click the Reconnect button
- Re-authorize through OAuth or re-enter your credentials
- The integration will resume syncing with the updated credentials
For Shopify, you can reconnect via OAuth or by updating your API credentials. For Google Analytics and Facebook Marketing, reconnection goes through the OAuth flow.
Removing an Integration
To disconnect a data source:
- Navigate to Settings then Integrations
- Click on the integration you want to remove
- Open the Manage section
- Click Delete Integration
- Confirm the deletion
Removing an integration stops all future syncs. Previously synced data remains available in your analytics.
Facebook OAuth Upgrade
If you connected Facebook Marketing before OAuth support was added, you may be using a legacy token-based connection. Legacy tokens can expire and require manual renewal.
You can upgrade to OAuth directly from the Facebook integration page. Click the Upgrade to OAuth button and complete the authorization flow. Once upgraded, AccessFuel automatically refreshes your token so you do not have to manage it manually.
Sync Settings
Some integrations let you configure additional sync options from their detail page:
- Sync frequency -- choose between hourly, daily, weekly, or manual sync schedules
- Custom display name -- rename the integration for easier identification
- Pause and resume -- temporarily stop syncing without removing the integration
