Configure general organization settings and team management

Platform Settings

Manage your AccessFuel organization configuration and team members.

General Settings

Access general settings by clicking your profile icon → SettingsGeneral.

Upload your organization logo to personalize your organization:

  1. Navigate to Settings → General
  2. Find the Organization Logo section
  3. Click Upload Logo or drag and drop an image
  4. Recommended size: Square image (200x200px or larger)
  5. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG

Organization Name

Update your organization name:

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Find Organization Name section
  3. Enter your new organization name
  4. Click Save Changes

Organization Slug

The organization slug is used in your AccessFuel URLs (e.g., accessfuel.com/console/your-slug):

  1. Navigate to Settings → General
  2. Find Organization Slug section
  3. Enter a URL-friendly identifier (lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens only)
  4. Click Update Slug

Note: Changing your slug will update all organization URLs.

Timezone Settings

Set your organization's timezone for accurate reporting:

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Find Language & Time section
  3. Select your timezone from the dropdown
  4. All reports and timestamps will use this timezone

Delete Organization

⚠️ Owner-only action

Permanently delete your organization and all associated data:

  1. Navigate to Settings → General
  2. Scroll to Delete your organization section
  3. Click Delete Organization
  4. Confirm the deletion

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All data, integrations, and team access will be permanently removed.

Team Management

Manage team members and their roles in Settings → GeneralOrganization Members section.

Inviting Team Members

Add new members to your organization:

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Scroll to Organization Members section
  3. Click Invite Member button
  4. Enter the email address
  5. Select a role (see roles below)
  6. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email with an invitation link to join your organization.

Organization Roles

AccessFuel has three organization roles with different permission levels:

Owner

  • Full access to all organization settings
  • Can manage billing and subscriptions
  • Can transfer ownership to another member
  • Can delete the organization
  • Only one owner per organization (transferable)

Admin

  • Manage team members and integrations
  • Configure organization settings
  • View and manage all data
  • Cannot delete organization or manage billing

Member

  • View analytics and reports
  • Create and manage customer segments
  • Export data
  • Cannot invite members or change settings

Managing Team Member Roles

Update a team member's role or remove them:

  1. Navigate to Settings → GeneralOrganization Members
  2. Find the team member in the list
  3. Click the menu icon (⋮) next to their name
  4. Select Change Role to update their permissions
  5. Or select Remove to remove them from the organization

Note: Only Owners and Admins can manage team members.

Transferring Ownership

Owner-only action

Transfer organization ownership to another team member:

  1. Go to Settings → GeneralOrganization Members
  2. Find the member you want to make owner
  3. Click the menu icon (⋮)
  4. Select Transfer Ownership
  5. Confirm the transfer

Warning: After transfer, you will become an Admin. This action cannot be undone.

Pending Invitations

View and manage invitations that haven't been accepted yet:

  1. Navigate to Settings → GeneralOrganization Members
  2. Scroll to Pending Invitations section
  3. Click Resend to send the invitation again
  4. Click Cancel to revoke the invitation

Security Settings

Access security settings by going to SettingsSecurity.

Password Management

Update your account password:

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Find Change Password section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Click Update Password
