Billing & Plans
AccessFuel offers a free plan to get started and a premium plan for teams that need more. All billing is managed through Polar, a secure subscription platform.

Premium Features
Upgrading to Premium unlocks:
- Unlimited data sources and integrations -- connect all your platforms without restrictions
- Advanced analytics and AI insights -- deeper analysis and more powerful AIRA capabilities
- Priority support and onboarding -- get help faster when you need it
- Team collaboration features -- enhanced tools for working together
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings then Billing
- Click Upgrade (or View Plans & Pricing)
- You will be taken to the upgrade page where you can choose a plan
- Complete the checkout through Polar
After upgrading, your workspace is immediately moved to the Premium plan.
Managing Your Subscription
Once subscribed, you can manage your plan from Settings then Billing:
- Click Change Plan to switch between plans
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Polar customer portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and adjust your subscription
- Click View Available Plans to compare options
If your subscription is canceled, you return to the Free plan. You can upgrade again at any time to regain access to premium features.
Refreshing Subscription Status
If your subscription status seems out of date, click the refresh button next to the status badge on the Billing page. This syncs the latest information from Polar.
Billing is managed by the workspace Owner only. Admins can view the billing page but cannot make changes to the subscription.
