Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the first data sync take?

The initial sync typically completes within 24 hours. If you have a large dataset (for example, several years of Shopify order history), it may take up to 48 hours. You can check the progress on the Data Sources page inside your workspace.


How many integrations can I connect?

On the Free tier, you can connect one integration. Premium plans support unlimited integrations, so you can bring together Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Facebook Marketing all in one workspace.


Can I invite team members?

Yes. Go to Settings > General and scroll to the Organization Members section. You can invite colleagues by email and assign them one of four roles: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer. Each role has different permission levels. See Workspace Settings for details.


Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share, sell, or provide your data to third parties. Your business data stays private to your workspace, and access is controlled by the roles and permissions you configure.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing inside your workspace. You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
